ARTICLE'S CHARACTERISTIC
Module apparatus is made of:
- Two open sleeves - for the thigh and shin part - enabling their easy installation and exact adjustment to sizes of bottom limb's measurements.
- Orthopedic splints with fixing system.
- VELCRO stickers.
The device is provided with uniaxial side splints made form high quality plastic armed with carbon fibre. The system of splints in the article and their stability allow to adhere perfectly to the limb and also enable to stabilize the joint excellently. Splints are provided with regulation range. The angle of bend and unbend can be adjusted every 15 deg. Such precise regulation of the device facilitates the process of rehabilitation of damaged genual joint. It is also possible to block the regulator on 180 deg position when the limb needs to be stabilized in straight and blocked position. Furthermore - weight of apparatus AM-KD/LU/1-R equipped with carbon fibre splints is lower than the weight of traditional apparatus therefore the device is easier to use |

PURPOSE:
Should be applied in cases of:
- dislocation of genual joint,
- twist and sprain of genual joint,
- side instability of genual joint,
- damages of knee ligaments LCL, MCL and ACL,
- reconstruction of the knee ligaments,
- other operations (orthopedic),
- habitual subluxation kneecaps, posttraumatic
CONTRAINDICATION:
Should not be applied in cases of:
- fresh wounds
- excoriations
- skin eczema
- skin allergy
- varicosity
- ulceration of shin

HOW TO PUT IT ON:
INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS:
- Use strictly under the doctor's supervision
- The product should be adjusted on the patient for the first time by a doctor or qualified medical staff.
- Incorrect usage of the product or selection of wrong size may cause damage to blood circulation, stress to the protected joint, skin injuries.
- Luck of everyday personal hygiene or wrong maintenance and washing of the product may cause excoriations or allergic reaction connected with increased sweating and bacterial flora.
HOW TO PUT IT ON - SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM
MAINTENANCE:
- Hand-wash in warm water and soap in 30 deg. temperature
- Do not iron
- Do not use chlorine
- Dry far from the sources of heat
Attention: before washing remove the splints together with the system of their assembly.
