ARTICLE'S CHARACTERISTIC

Orthopaedic waistcoat for collarbones - shoulders, was made from polyurethane foam two-sidedly coated with self-adhesive lining fabric.
The anatomical shape of article and scale of sizes make possible ideal adjustment the waistcoat to the patient's body.
Waistcoat possesses the function bilateral fitting on, which permits to use it on both right and left shoulder.
Additional sticker attached to the article enables precise fixing of limb's position, according to doctor's recommendations.

ATTRIBUTES

Universality of the article - thanks to bilateral function the waistcoat can be applied both on right and left shoulder.
Comfort of use - thanks to waistcoat's low weight patient feels comfort while using article.
Possibility of maintenance the specific body's hygiene - thanks to this, that the waistcoat can be taken off in every moment and put again, there is a possibility of maintenance the proper level of patient's body's hygiene, without other people's help.

PURPOSE:
Should be applied in cases of:

dislocations (as temporary protection) in shoulder joint,
severe pain complexes in shoulder joint,
injuries of soft tissues of trunk,
operations of shoulder joint,
necessity of supporting and partial immobilizing of upper limb,
after taking off the plaster dressing as stabilizer of shoulder.

CONTRAINDICATION:
Should not be applied in cases of:

fresh wounds
attritions of skin
skin eczemas
skin allergies
varicosity
ulceration of shin

UWAGA: Nie wolno stosować kamizelki ortopedycznej w przypadku złamań lub zwichnięć stawu barkowego, które wymagają stabilniejszego zabezpieczenia np: w formie opatrunku gipsowego.

Rehabilitation, orthopaedics, neurology, neurosurgery, rheumatology.

HOW TO PUT IT ON:

INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS:

Wyrób należy zakładać na koszulkę bawełnianą.
Stosować ściśle według wskazań i pod nadzorem lekarza.
Wyrób powinien być po raz pierwszy założony pacjentowi przez lekarza lub przez przeszkolony personel medyczny.
Nie stosować kamizelki, jeżeli wcześniej użyto maści lub żelu rozgrzewającego.
W przypadku niewłaściwie dobranego rozmiaru kamizelki (zbyt mały rozmiar) może wystąpić czasowe upośledzenie pracy jelit i narządów wewnętrznych lub upośledzenie wydolności krążeniowo-oddechowej.
Brak codziennej higieny osobistej lub niewłaściwa konserwacja i pranie wyrobu mogą spowodować otarcia naskórka albo powstanie odczynów alergicznych związanych ze wzmożoną potliwością i rozwojem flory bakteryjnej.

HOW TO PUT IT ON - SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM:

MAINTENANCE:

Hand-wash in warm water and soap in 30 deg. temperature
Do not iron
Do not use chlorine
Dry far from the sources of heat

Attention: before washing remove the splints together with the system of their assembly.
