ARTICLE'S CHARACTERISTIC

Patient lifting belt is made of polyurethane foam, on both sides covered with self-adhesive fabric. It is equipped with 2 grips which help to move patient, stabile clip and support during the movement in most important points, therefore the patient is safe during movement.

PURPOSE:
It is used in following cases:
  • with severely ill patients
  • with patients with paresis of lower limbs and trunk
  • during everyday personal hygiene
  • when moving patients from bed onto the chair, from chair to the verticalizer, etc.

USAGE:
Rehabilitation, orthopaedics, neurology, rheumatology

HOW TO PUT IT ON:

CONTRAINDICATION:
The device shouldn't be used in following cases:
  • fresh wounds
  • excoriations
  • skin eczema
  • skin allergy
  • bed sores
  • advanced osteoporosis

INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS:
  • Use after previous instruction by schooled medical staff.
  • Luck of everyday personal hygiene or wrong maintenance and washing of the product may cause excoriations or allergic reaction connected with increased sweating and bacterial flora.
  • The belt is used only during the lifting of the patient (don't leave it on the patient during the night)

HOW TO PUT IT ON - SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM:

MAINTENANCE:
  1. Hand-wash in warm water and soap in 30 deg. temperature
  2. Do not iron
  3. Do not use chlorine
  4. Dry far from the sources of heat
MATERIALS:
Polyurethane foam, velour fabric
